BL AMINDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANER FOR METALLIC DUST

The BL AM Z22 is an industrial, IIIC-certified vacuum cleaner designed for the extraction of conductive metal dust. BL AM Z22 is a vacuum cleaner equipped with a powerful single-phase Brushless motor, which ensures high performance and maximum safety even in hazardous areas.

For material collection, the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a sophisticated explosion-proof system for suction of conductive metal powders, which are directly immersed in a bath of inert liquid in the container. The motor is protected by a class H13 large-surface antistatic conical filter. The vacuum cleaner provides additional levels of filtration inside the container to ensure the highest standards of safety even in suction of potentially explosive dust: in fact, inside the inerting container there is a metal grid filter to trap any sparks and a nylon filter, capable of separating the sucked metal poor from the inert liquid, to be then recovered and reused. A convenient patented quick-connect system allows the container to be unhooked and reconnected in one easy motion and without the use of tools. An overpressure valve allows gas to escape in cases of reaction of the powder with the liquid used.

Discharge of the liquid used is by gravity via a convenient tap located at the bottom of the container. The container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and has a convenient inspection window on the front to check the level of the liquid inside.
