M100 H ACDINDUSTRIAL VACUUM FOR COMBUSTIBLE DUST

ACD-classified industrial vacuum cleaner for suction of combustible dust in non-ATEX classified areas. Three powerful single-phase motors can be driven independently, two progressive efficiency filters M and H14, complete grounding and 65 or 100 litre stainless steel container for maximum power and safety. Antistatic accessories and remote control by electric tool available as options. Version with container for inertisation of conductive dust IIIC available.

Highlights

Three single-phase motors

Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors. Each motor is operated by an independent switch that allows the operator to control suction performance. The motors are housed in a robust casing, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

Grounded antistatic filters

The primary filter is made of robust antistatic polyester. Inside the fabric, which is class M (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), there is a conductive mesh that prevents any electrostatic charge. An absolute H14 secondary filter and the connection of all components ensure complete dissipation of electrostatic charge.

Stainless steel container

The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, equipped with a metal handle that ensures its release, to avoid any sparks that might be generated by the electrostatic charge.

ACD, for combustible dusts

ACD ‘Appliances for combustible dust’ vacuum cleaners are specifically designed to ensure the safe collection of combustible dust in areas not classified as explosive atmospheres and where ATEX certification is not required.
