Depureco industrial dust collectors are equipped with a manual or automatic filter cleaning system for applications with large amounts of fine dust. Vacuum cleaners in the industrial dust collector line are equipped with M-category star or cartridge filters (filtration efficiency down to 1 micron) and an optional Hepa filter. Depureco’s industrial dust collectors are generally connected to a suction arm or to fume hoods located in the production process.

The AS 150 industrial vacuum is designed to collect production trimmings. The Depureco’s vacuum from the food & pharma range is fitted with a side-channel turbine situated under the collection chamber. Suction, which is from the bottom, means that the vacuumed material is sent straight into a filter bag, thus allowing a large number of light materials to be recovered, such as paper, plastic, and packaging trimmings. The inspection window on the top cover of this vacuum cleaner allows the operator to inspect the level of material inside the container.

The DF FIX 55 is a portable industrial vacuum with a three-phase fan for vacuuming suspended dust or it can be connected to aluminum and PVC cutting machine. The DF FIX 55 industrial vacuum from the Depureco dust collectors’ range is fitted with an excellent filtering surface with an M Class filtration efficiency (1 micron). For this vacuum cleaner, a very effective manual filter cleaning system is fitted as standard. Thanks to a lever outside the filter chamber, the operator can shake the filter and make the dust drop directly into the bin. An automatic piston filter shaking system or jet pulse filter cleaning system can be installed on demand.
