The SWAN 220 industrial vacuum is the ideal solution for the pharmaceutical industry. Fitted with a high-performance side channel turbine, this model is compact and versatile, capable of working in complete safety even with the most difficult dust. For this vacuum cleaner from the food & pharma range, there is an M Class large surface filter with a manual cleaning system as standard. A jet pulse alternating with a high-efficiency filter cleaning system can be installed on-demand to allow 24/7 work without having to intervene on the machine. In addition, an optional H14 filter will be installed. The SWAN 220 vacuum cleaner is equipped with a container that can easily be detached and removed. The container and the filter chamber are both available in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel.

The XM35 Jet Clean® LP is a powerful and safe industrial vacuum, easily transportable thanks to the trolley mounted on industrial castor wheels.  Suction is generated by two powerful By-Pass motors installed under a soundproof metal casing. The professional suction features are incredibly high performance and far outweigh the vacuum cleaners in its category on the market. In this vacuum, there is a cartridge filter fitted under the filter chamber certified by BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit) in M Class with a 1µ filtration efficiency. Furthermore, thanks to the 40,000 cm2 of filtering surface, large amounts of dust can be vacuumed without clogging the filter, thereby ensuring operator safety. The industrial vacuum of Depureco’s single-phase range is equipped with a JetClean® filter cleaning system that cleans the filter using the pressure differential between the inside and the outside of the vacuum. The filter can be cleaned without turning the suction motors off and without disconnecting the suction pipe. This vacuum cleaner is equipped with a Longopac® system that is used to bag the material directly without any contact between the operator and the vacuumed product.

The M100 Longopac® TAN is the most powerful single-phase industrial cyclonic vacuum cleaner in Depureco’s range. Thanks to the 3 By-Pass motors, it is possible to reach the impressive power of 3.9 kW. The M65/100 Jet Clean® industrial vacuum cleaner works in all conditions: dust, chips, liquids difficult materials with hoses as long as several meters. As standard this vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 35,000 cm2 PTFE filter certified Class M by the BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit) with a filtration efficiency of 1 µ. The manual filter cleaning system allows you to clean the filter using a convenient lever that allows you to shake the filter to clean it quickly and easily. The tangential inlet allows the cyclonic effect of dust to be used to slow it down and drop it inside the Longopac® bag, protecting the filter. The cyclonic vacuum cleaner is equipped with a convenient Longopac® system that uses a convenient endless bag to collect the vacuumed material and dispose of it conveniently and safely.
