PUMA FIX 10 INDUSTRIAL VACUUM

The Puma FIX 10 has a high airflow double-stage side-channel blower in parallel that ensures a maximum flow rate of 730 m3/h. The vacuum breaker safety valve is installed as standard. An inverter is installed in the electrical panel so that the power of the vacuum cleaner can be modulated according to the number of nozzles used in the system. The tangential intake together with the sturdy cyclone welded inside the filter chamber guarantee excellent efficiency even with the finest dust. The material, entering tangentially, meets the cyclone and due to the friction generated, loses speed and falls directly into the container. This system is extremely useful to protect the filter from the vacuumed material. The filter media consists of 4 M Class high grammage aluminized polyester cartridges (certified by BIA Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut fürArbeitssicherheit) with a 1µ filtration efficiency. An automatic counter-blowing system means that the filters always stay clean, even with the most difficult dust. Cleaning operations are completely autonomous and operator involvement is not required. Depureco’s PUMA FIX 10 industrial vacuum is equipped with a handy and sturdy 175 L container, fitted with a release system, which allows the operator to collect the vacuumed material and conveniently dispose of it. To facilitate handling the container, there are 4 castor wheels mounted on reinforced supports so that it can be handled easily even when it contains several kg of material. A kit is available on-demand for handling and unloading the container with a forklift.
