I industristøvsugeren fra Depurecos trefasede serie kan der installeres forskellige filtre afhængigt af den professionelle anvendelse. Teflon vandafvisende filtre, Nomex varmebestandige filtre op til 250 °C, og filtre med PTFE-behandling til mere krævende og vanskeligt støv er også tilgængelige. Enheden kan udstyres med et H14 absolutfilter efter behov. Ecobull industristøvsugeren er udstyret med en stor, aftagelig beholder på 65 eller 100 liter med hjul, som gør det nemt for operatøren at tømme det opsugede materiale. Der kan også anvendes engangsposer. Et flydesystem kan installeres i beholderen for at opsuge væsker på en helt sikker måde.

The Ecobull PLUS industrial vacuum is the most powerful in its category, fitted with a 4 kW side channel turbine, ideal for working continuously without the need for maintenance. The BL 45 Z22 industrial vacuum cleaner is a compact, ATEX-certified vacuum cleaner from the Depureco range. Suction takes place thanks to a high-performance Brushless motor that guarantees silence and power. The BL 45 Z22 industrial vacuum cleaner has a large surface filter (35,000 cm2) certified in class M, with a filtration efficiency of up to 1 micron. On request, it is possible to install an absolute filter H14 to vacuum even the finest dust. The filter chamber is in standard AISI 304 stainless steel. The filter is cleaned using a handy, very robust, and effective manual shaker. The material of this vacuum cleaner is collected in an AISI 304 stainless steel container with a capacity of 45Lt.

The BL 20 JC Z22 industrial vacuum cleaner is one of the most compact vacuum cleaners in the Depureco line. Suction takes place thanks to a high-performance Brushless motor that guarantees silence and power. The BL 20 JC Z22 industrial vacuum cleaner has a large surface filter (35,000 cm2) certified in class M, with a filtration efficiency of up to 1 micron. On request, it is possible to install an absolute filter H14 to be able to vacuum even the finest dust. On this vacuum cleaner, there is a semi-automatic JetClean® filter cleaning system that allows you to clean the filter without having to stop the suction. The material is collected in an AISI 304 stainless steel container, on wheels, with a capacity of 20 Lt.

The Puma 15 ATEX Z20/Z21 is an industrial vacuum cleaner of the heavy series, for working in harsh conditions and with heavy materials. The extractor has a third-party certification (TUV) which certifies the internal area as Z20. It mounts a dual-stage side channel blower in parallel/series with high airflow/depression. The safety vacuum breaker valve is installed as standard. The tangential inlet together with the robust cyclone welded inside the filtration chamber guarantees excellent efficiency even with the finest powders. The material, entering tangentially, meets the cyclone and due to the friction generated, it loses speed falling directly into the container. This system is very useful for protecting the filter from the sucked material. The filter is polyester, M class certified, with a filtration efficiency of 1 µ. The filter can be customized according to the specific application. The unit is equipped, as standard, with a manual filter cleaning system which, thanks to a practical lever on the upper part of the industrial vacuum, with which the filter can be shaken easily and effectively. On request, it is possible to configure the vacuum cleaner with an automatic counter-current filter cleaning system. A practical and sturdy 175 Lt container, equipped with a release system, allows you to collect the vacuumed material and dispose of it with ease. To facilitate the handling of the container there are 4 pivoting wheels mounted on reinforced supports in order to facilitate handling even when there are several kg of material inside. On request, a kit is available that allows the handling and unloading of the container with the forklift.

The Depureco FOX ATEX 3 Z20/Z21 industrial vacuum cleaner is an internal zone 20, external zone 21 certified unit, capable of working in ATEX areas with a greater risk of explosion. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a side channel blower positioned on the back of the unit, enclosed by a painted steel structure. Inside the vacuum cleaner, there is a large surface filter in antistatic polyester (24,000 cm2), M class certified with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron, to vacuum electrostatically charged dust. The filter is protected by a sturdy metal cyclone welded inside the filter chamber which minimizes the risk of clogging and facilitates the fall of the sucked material into the container. The container supplied is in 100 Lt capacity AISI 304 stainless steel. The four pivoting wheels make it easy to move the container, even when fully loaded. All the components of the vacuum cleaner are grounded, so as to discharge any electrostatic charge that could be generated during suction.

The ECOBULL T Z2-Z22 Additive Manufacturing, from the Depureco line, is an industrial vacuum cleaner, IIIC certified, designed for the suction of conductive metal powders in the additive 3D printing industry. The ECOBULL T Z2-Z22 Additive Manufacturing, powered by a powerful ATEX-certified side channel turbine, is equipped with a sophisticated explosion-proof system for the suction of conductive metal powders, which is obtained by immersing the suction nozzle directly in a bath of inert liquid present in the container. The motor is protected by a large surface (35,000 cm2) class H13 antistatic conical filter. Filtration also takes place through a metal grid filter and a nylon filter, capable of separating the metal particles from the inert liquid, to then be recovered and reused. The liquid is discharged by gravity through a practical tap placed at the bottom of the container. The 100 Lt container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and has a convenient inspection window on the front to check the level of the liquid inside.

The BL AM Z22 is an industrial, IIIC-certified vacuum cleaner designed for the extraction of conductive metal dust. BL AM Z22 is a vacuum cleaner equipped with a powerful single-phase Brushless motor, which ensures high performance and maximum safety even in hazardous areas.

For material collection, the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a sophisticated explosion-proof system for suction of conductive metal powders, which are directly immersed in a bath of inert liquid in the container. The motor is protected by a class H13 large-surface antistatic conical filter. The vacuum cleaner provides additional levels of filtration inside the container to ensure the highest standards of safety even in suction of potentially explosive dust: in fact, inside the inerting container there is a metal grid filter to trap any sparks and a nylon filter, capable of separating the sucked metal poor from the inert liquid, to be then recovered and reused. A convenient patented quick-connect system allows the container to be unhooked and reconnected in one easy motion and without the use of tools. An overpressure valve allows gas to escape in cases of reaction of the powder with the liquid used.

Discharge of the liquid used is by gravity via a convenient tap located at the bottom of the container. The container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and has a convenient inspection window on the front to check the level of the liquid inside.
