The M65/100 Jet Clean® is the most powerful cyclone industrial vacuum cleaner of the single-phase series in Depureco’s range. Thanks to the 3 By-Pass motors it is possible to reach the impressive power of 3.9 kW. The M65/100 Jet Clean® industrial vacuum cleaner works in all conditions: dust, chips, liquids difficult materials with hoses as long as several meters. As standard this vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 35,000 cm2 PTFE filter certified Class M by the BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit) with a filtration efficiency of 1 µ. The JetClean® filter cleaning system allows the filter to be cleaned using the pressure differential between the inside and outside of the vacuum cleaner. The tangential inlet and protective sleeve of the filter cartridge allow the cyclonic effect of dust to be used to slow it down and drop it inside the container, protecting the filter. The M65/100 Jet Clean® cyclonic vacuum cleaner is equipped with a practical release container on wheels that allows the suctioned material to be collected and conveniently disposed of. The container can be either 65-liter or 100-liter; in both cases it is equipped with reinforced external support for the 4 pivoting wheels in order to handle it safely even when there are several kilograms of material inside. A kit is available upon request that allows the container to be handled with a forklift and consequently unloaded by tilting. In case direct bagging is to be used, the M 100 Jet Clean® LP version is available.

The filter can be customized to a specific application. Anti-static filters are available to prevent electrostatic charges, in NOMEX to withstand high temperatures (up to 250°C), Teflon coated to work with wet materials, and with PTFE nanotechnology treatment to work with the most difficult dust. The industrial vacuum is equipped with a manual filter cleaning system. The filter can be shaken easily and effectively with the lever on the side of the vacuum. The M65/100 vacuum cleaner is equipped with a handy detachable container on wheels allowing the operator to collect the vacuumed material and conveniently dispose of it. The container can have a capacity of either 65 lt or 100 lt; in both cases, it has reinforced outer support for the 4 castor wheels so that it can be handled safely even when it contains several kg of material. The XM20 is the most compact industrial vacuum cleaner for fine dust in the Depureco Industrial Vacuums range. Suction is generated thanks to two single-phase, two-stage motors with a Made in Italy by-pass cooling system that allow very high suction performance to be achieved. The material is sucked through a sturdy metal nozzle to which a 40mm or 50mm hose can be connected. Mounted inside is a 15,000 cm2 Class M star filter with a filtering efficiency of 1µ. The XM20 is equipped with a manual filter cleaning system that allows the filter to be cleaned easily and immediately. A convenient 20-liter capacity bottom-detachable container gives the option of disposing of the collected material easily and safely.
