The TB AM Z22 is an industrial, IIIC-certified vacuum cleaner designed for suction of conductive metal dust. TB AM Z22 is a vacuum cleaner equipped with a powerful Atex-certified side-channel turbine, which ensures high performance even in continuous use and maximum safety in hazardous areas.
To ensure efficient material collection, the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a sophisticated explosion-proof system specifically for the suction of conductive metal powders. These are directly immersed in a bath of inert liquid in the container, ensuring a safe working environment. The motor is suitably shielded by a class H13 antistatic conical filter with a large filtering surface. Inside the enclosure, additional levels of filtration are implemented to ensure the highest safety standards, even when vacuuming potentially explosive dust. You will find a metal grid filter to trap any sparks and a nylon filter that separates metal powders from the inert liquid, allowing them to be recovered and reused. A convenient, patent-protected quick-connect system makes it easy to detach and reconnect the container in one easy motion, without the need for tools. In addition, an overpressure valve ensures the safe escape of gas in the event of a reaction of the powder with the liquid used.The discharge of the liquid used is by gravity through a convenient tap located at the bottom of the container.
The container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and has a convenient inspection window on the front to check the liquid level inside.
